Disha Patani has added another chapter to her real estate portfolio by leasing out her luxury apartment in Mumbai's sought-after Khar West neighbourhood. According to property registration documents accessed through Zapkey, the actress has rented out the property at a starting monthly rent of Rs 2.85 lakh. The tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 8.55 lakh, equivalent to three months' rent.
